Please note:
The cancellation period begins upon receipt of the last item.
The refund will be issued after receipt of the cancellation notice and – depending on the case – after receipt of the returned goods.
For goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g. furniture), we will organize collection in accordance with the cancellation policy.
To ensure a smooth return process, we ask you to do the following:
Handle the goods and packaging with care.
Inspect the goods only as you would in a physical store.
Do not assemble furniture, beds, or mattresses before a cancellation and do not use them as intended.
Please return the goods as completely and securely as possible.
Use the original packaging, if available, or equivalent protective packaging.
A loss in value resulting from excessive use, improper assembly or handling may lead to claims for compensation .
All Maison de Cocon products are of course covered by the statutory warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers defects that already existed at the time of delivery.

Real wood
Wood is a living, natural material. Color changes due to light exposure (darkening) are natural and do not constitute a defect.
Color representations
Despite careful product photography, slight color variations may occur due to different screen and monitor settings.
Cover materials
Fabrics may develop slight creases or waves during normal use. These can usually be removed by patting or smoothing and are typical of the material.
