Depending on the product and delivery address, shipping is handled by DHL , UPS or a freight forwarding company (for bulky items).
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will notify you or the package will be forwarded to a collection point/parcel shop according to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. You can track the shipment status at any time using the tracking number.
For heavy or bulky products, delivery is handled by a freight carrier for logistical reasons. Delivery is generally to the curb . The freight carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date after payment has been received.
The estimated delivery time can be found directly on the product page. Shipping will be initiated after full payment has been received. You will receive an email with tracking information after shipment.
