by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can use the contact form at the bottom of this page. This is the easiest method for us and the fastest for you to submit a withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this
contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. For parcel-eligible goods: You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods below a value of 40.00 EUR and if the return location is outside the European Union.
For non-parcel-eligible goods: We will pick up the goods at our expense.
Reimbursement of costs incurred by self-shipping is not possible.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or an inappropriate handling of the goods.

If you are considering a withdrawal, please treat the goods and packaging with care and, if possible, limit yourself to an (optical) inspection, as you would otherwise do in a retail store, and do not use the goods regularly. If you return the goods to us completely or partially in a deteriorated condition after a withdrawal, you may be obliged to compensate us for the value, especially if the loss of value is due to an inspection or use of the goods that goes beyond what would have been possible when purchasing in a retail store (average specialist shop). For example, according to current case law, the assembly, installation or use of furniture, beds, mattresses or other furnishings can lead to an obligation to compensate for the value in the event of a later withdrawal, if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result. We therefore particularly advise against assembling or using furniture, beds or mattresses as intended before a withdrawal.

If you use our online withdrawal form, you will receive a DHL parcel label that enables free return shipping to us, provided the price you paid for the goods to be returned is more than 40.00 EUR and the return is from a member state of the European Union.
Please note, when exercising the right of withdrawal, that the "own" outer packaging of the products themselves should not be used solely as shipping packaging (an exception applies, for example, to bulky furniture or goods that you received from us without additional shipping carton), as it does not provide sufficient protection for transport. Please ensure that the goods are sufficiently padded, shock- and slip-proof, when shipped. Improperly packaged goods will be returned at a charge. Such complaint orders cannot be processed and products declared as damaged can no longer be exchanged, as they were most likely damaged during unprotected shipping and thus all warranty claims are lost.
Please do not pack different items into one another to save volume. Small items should be clearly marked within the filling material for better overview.
