The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Shipping costs depend on the item and are shown on the product page and during checkout before you place your order. Depending on the item, they range from €9.00 to €119.00 per delivery. If an order contains items shipped from different warehouses, shipping costs are charged separately for each delivery.
Deliveries to foreign countries: We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Shipping costs depend on the item and are shown on the product page and during checkout before you place your order. Depending on the item, they range from €9.00 to €239.00 per delivery. If an order contains items shipped from different warehouses, shipping costs are charged separately for each delivery.
Delivery exclusions: Islands and hard-to-reach or remote areas may be excluded from delivery via freight forwarding due to logistical constraints. If your delivery address falls within an affected area, we will contact you before dispatch to explore an individual solution or to cancel the order.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods (Germany) shall be made within 4–7 working days, and delivery abroad within 4–7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed, from the date of the payment instruction).
As a rule, 4–7 working days; for individual products the delivery time differs – the exact delivery time is shown on the respective product page.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery unless another agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For sealed hygiene items (e.g. mattresses with the seal removed), the right of withdrawal may be limited. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
