Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time for this product is stated directly on the respective product page.
It begins after the conclusion of the contract and – if prepayment has been agreed – after receipt of payment.
Delivery is made exclusively within the specified delivery areas to the delivery address
provided by the customer.
Delivery Methods
Standard delivery is to the curbside. Depending on the product and shipping method,
delivery may be carried out by a parcel service or a freight carrier.
Delivery into your home/apartment (in-house delivery) is optional
and available for an additional charge, provided this option is selectable
during the ordering process or has been individually agreed upon in advance.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas

For deliveries to German islands, a
surcharge of €99.90 applies for freight shipping.

Deliveries to Austria and Switzerland are
generally possible but are subject to an additional charge.

Important Delivery Notes
- Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods can be received at the delivery location.
- For freight deliveries, a telephone notification may be provided.

may be charged to the customer.
Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for any external damage and note
this on the delivery documents if applicable. Obvious transport damage should be reported
to us promptly to enable a quick resolution.
