Delivery Methods

Standard delivery is to the curbside. Depending on the product and shipping method, delivery may be carried out by a parcel service or a freight carrier.

Delivery into your home/apartment (in-house delivery) is optional and available for an additional charge, provided this option is selectable during the ordering process or has been individually agreed upon in advance.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas

  • For deliveries to German islands, a surcharge of €99.90 applies for freight shipping.
  • Deliveries to Austria and Switzerland are generally possible but are subject to an additional charge.

Transport Damage

Warranty & Maintenance

Assembly & Handling Recommendations

All furniture from Maison de Cocon is delivered with easy-to-understand and practical assembly instructions. All fittings required for assembly are included in the delivery; any necessary tools are also provided where required.

Should any questions arise during assembly, our customer service team is always happy to assist. Please avoid using sharp or pointed objects when unpacking to prevent damage to the product.

We recommend keeping the original packaging, all accessories and the assembly instructions for a few days, in case a return or cancellation is necessary.

General Usage Notes

  • Furniture is suitable for private indoor use only
  • Not intended for outdoor use
  • Protect from direct sunlight
  • Do not place in close proximity to heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, underfloor heating without protection)
  • Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents (e.g. acetone, solvents, bleach)
  • Sharp or hard objects can damage surfaces

Care & Cleaning Instructions

  • For cleaning, use only a soft cloth or slightly dampened absorbent paper with a mild, neutral soap solution
  • Preferably remove dust with non-abrasive tools
  • Upholstery covers should preferably be dry cleaned
  • Do not use aggressive cleaning agents on faux leather or leather-look covers
  • Regularly care for faux leather to prevent drying out and cracking over time

Warranty & Right of Withdrawal

  • Statutory Warranty: 2 years from delivery
  • Right of Withdrawal: 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods in accordance with distance selling regulations
